This report is read as:
"There were 635 homes for sale in Ahwatukee on June 1st. 105 sold in June, which is 16.5% of those for sale. This also means there are 6.0 months of inventory at the current sales pace. The average home that sold was 2,193 sq ft and sold for $329,824. That equals $150 per-sq ft."
