Thanks, Adam. I forgot to mention in the article that with the double zero the odds are actually less than 50%.

Pre foreclosure homes are the good, the bad, and the ugly...got to look at a lot of them to find one that is a decent investment.

I think without a proper education and plan that roulette wins out. But if you do your homework and learn how short sales work and observe the results of a few you can make the odds better in your favor.
